Performance Notes: 

The piece is a Chaconne which utilizes 4/4 to 2/4 meters and begins in C minor and ends in Eb Major.  The melodies in both sections are passed around the ensemble so all instrumental sections are showcased.  The percussion part is set for "Drum Set" but can be played with individual performers on snare, bass drum, triangle and cymbals.
