Ashland City Band March

This piece was written for the Ashland City Band, of Ashland, Oregon, which the composer and his wife were members.  The Ashland City Band starts every concert with "Strike Up The Band" and you'll hear that at the beginning.  The recording below is by the Ashland City Band from 2008.

Performance Notes: 

The dog fight was written featuring opposing sides "fighting" with each other -- the set-up of the band itself had one side playing and then the other side playing.  When it repeats, the sides swap parts.  The French horn section is featured.  There are NO after beats for either the French horns or the Trombones.
