This piece is written in the key of D major with the second theme in E Major.  The grade 0.5 String Orchestra will find challenges in the semi-ostinato which is passed around all sections and articulation in the second theme, and the ever present "hic-up" of the concert F# which provides a glimpse into a different tonality.
